Have you tried changing the display Refresh rate to 60Hz? Standard mode?I've seen in forums that it can solve this issue(sometimes). Do try that, but it's a temporary solution.

The thing is that, this issue is coming even for Flagship devices. Anyways, tag Tech YouTubers and push for a free screen replacement, tagging Samsung etc, in Twitter, you should hear from them soon, do this on a regular basis, until you get it done....
