I have Samsung M52 5g at first a pink line was appeared, I have complained about my problem and it was resolved by changing the screen at Samsung's service center and they charge me around Rs. 1600/- . Now after using for a day I found a new defect of discoloration after replacement by service center the defect is visible every time.
Then I visited service center again there they initially were not accepting the defect but after my regular visit and with proof they finally told that it is display problem they are telling that they will provide 80% discount of original screen that comes around Rs. 1400/- .

But my concern is that once I have paid the fee of 1600 then why should I pay more money for the defected product which was placed by the service center. Kindly do the needful to resolve my problem.

Yes offcourse, you are absolutely right now. ️. Please complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
