Display Line problem!

Suddenly got this green line in M52 out of nowhere. After a little bit of research work found out that this display malfunction is due to the software bug and it has not improper usage (which was stated as reason in the Service Center) Not even single dent/scratch mark/water damage in the mobile. I kindly request samsung to provide free screen replacement for all its consumers facing this issue. Otherwise this can be considered a SCAM!! Never going use/suggest a samsung product again.

I'm at my wit's end with Samsung! For 2 months, I've been dealing with a pink line (now turned green!) on my M52 5G. Despite numerous complaints, NO HELP has been provided. In fact, the CEO's desk told me they CANNOT REPAIR MY PHONE!


Are you kidding me?! This is the kind of support I get after paying top dollar for a premium device? Samsung, your software is trash and your support is a disaster!


I demand a fix or a replacement. If not, I'll make sure to share my horrific experience with everyone I know. You've lost a customer and gained an enemy.

I'm am also facing the same line issue. The customer care is also not helping and insisting to change the display. They are blaming on me because my phone had a few scratches.very frustrated after this issue

Been using M51 since January 2021 and the phone had been running very well without any problems whatsoever. But, after and update patch of June/July, I've been having issues with the screen display with several multicolored vertical lines on the screen for about a little of a month. This is very annoying and irritating issue which I expect Samsung to fix it through a software update /patch. But, the question is: Will Samsung listen to this problem & fix it or just ignore all users who've been facing similar issue on their different models of Samsung phones?
