I bought a Galaxy M14 4g from an official Samsung store. One UI 7 didn't came to my phone till now. I got frustrated and did some research. Turns out the CSC is 'ODM' in phone causing software update delay. Galaxy M14 4g from Bangladeshi CSC started getting the update almost 4 months ago. This time I can't hold back. If they don't fix it, I'll have to take harder steps. We're loyal and love Samsung. But this time, they broke our trust.
