Build id does not match with the reference - Bug in M31
I am also facing exactly the same problem others have posted an hour back, "Build id does not match with the reference - (Super) 30278215R, Bootloader):2956088.
At these times where we need frequent communication with near and dears who are stuck at different places and the phone turn out to me only source, I dont understand why can't this be fixed through forced software update or manage updates centrally?
We need immediate solution to get this fixed, your brand new phone and your are playing with lives of people who trusted your devices.
Please do fix this problem urgently, we are in isolation and can not wait until your stores opens up.
No one knows how grave the situation is going to be, to go out at these times, I feel this kind of issues in your phone causing great loss of reputation and its breach of trust.
Extract files from firmware, you will get 5 files, AP, BL , CP, CSC and Home_CSC
open Odin and connect your phone with pc, it will show you message of Added in left column.
in right column, browse AP, BL , CP and Home_CSC. (If you dont want your previous data, select CSC file or if you want to keep app and Data as previous, select HOME_CSC)
Then click on start, it will show you message of PASS, if everything works good.
