Developer Mode Features not working

I tried some developer mode features like changing accent colour, notifications bubbles and icon shapes but nothing was working. I even tried restarting my device after applying the settings.

Is it working in your devices?

Accent colour is the blue colour we have in the status bar enabled icon which we can change to other colour from dev mode.

Notification bubbles is Android 11 feature which google embedded in Android 10 as dev feature.

No accent colour doesn't work .. but some features like icons work (barely) .. very disappointing
