Data & OBB folders in Android Folders are Blank

Data & Obb folders in android Folder is showing blank & unwritable. I have tried Files, My Files & ES File Explorer. 

But the data in those folders are there. In Telegram X app downloaded files are saved in Android Data folder. And I am able to access those files through Telegram X app.

So data is present, but it's unreadable.

I got reply from samsung team, that this is an intended feature & it will also be in final version.

obb folder is empty ...can't move any file to it

Same issues I faced in my A51. How can I solve this data and obb are empty. Any legit reply please.

I'm facing the same issue with my Samsung m51 Device
