Galaxy MOpen device care option in settings app,
Always optimize phone
Tap on three dots at top right side of device care, the automation option is there in which check where restart option is on or off,
And if memory cache is too much stored, optimize it

Then
Call customer care do Steps follow by customer care, if you need to inspect your device online they genrate the code for smart tutor and they inspect and diagnost mobile using smart tutor.
