Samsung M31 restarting and freezing issue

From last week my samsung m31 is continously restarting and freezing issue which is more than 5 time a day.
After research about this issue I made changes in some settings,use my phone in safe mode and even factory reset also done i also mail to synos processor but problem not solved yet.
Now I am waiting for any updates from samsung.

I am telling you for your information if u will try this steps problem wouldn't be solve.

Update: I find out that in my case problem has been observed whenever I select network form 4G auto to 3G.because my current location here 4G not working properly so I set it on 3G and same issue generated.

But athough i m not sure about this

Seems like symptoms of changing port shorting. I have same similar issues I also done same troubleshooting steps. But finally after cleaning charging port problem fixed

So how can I cleaning charging port means can I do it by myself or through service center?

It might be motherboard problem go to service center and get it checked

Take to any mobile service center for external cleaning, they can clean it, if issue did not resolve. Take it to samsung service center only. Are you feeling any abnormal heat when you touch charger connector while charging.

The link you shared doesn't solve the problem. Almost all owner of M and A series is facing the issue from last two weeks and still not resolved. May be Samsung is going Apples way of slowing phone by update so they buy a new one. But tell you what this is my last Samsung phone
