Contacts name not showing in Dual Whatsapp

From last week I am not able to see new contacts in dual whatsapp, but able to see in main whatsapp in M 31. Pls help. After refreshing the contacts, not able to see the saved contact.

Go to what's app and Touch 💬💬msg icon. After this open menu option and Touch refresh button

go to dual messenger and disable use separate contacts list, then it will show
