Dual whatsapp messenger related

Dual whatspp not showing whatspp folder in dual app folder.

 Document is not open received in contacts through the app.

Tried resetting the setting didn't work.

Uninstaller the dual messenger app and then reinstalled it then whatspp folder appear in dual app folder and all backup data restored.

But after some time the whatspp folder again vanish from dual app folder and not a single document opened in whatspp as mentioned above.

Tried reinstalling several times but didn't work.

1.Whatsapp dual messenger installed.

2. File downloaded.

3. Not opening.

4. No whatspp folder in dual app folder.

But after reinstalling and restoring backup the above file opened and after sometime it shows same error.

Please resolve this error and help me to get the data always on device so have to stop reinstalling again and again.

Yes, everyone will face the same issue with whatsapp dual messenger. This is because of the recent policy changes implemented Samsung and WhatsApp. There isn't exactly any solution.
But to eliminate your problem, do the following steps:

1. Open your cloned whatsapp account->settings->chats->chat backup.
Backup all your messages, photos, videos, docs on your device and your google drive.
Ensure that you remember the credentials of your google account that you're using as backup.

2. Next,open play store and download whatsapp business. Install, add your dual whatsapp phone number, verify your otp. You will get a prompt asking whether you want to restore your content from backup. Select your google account and all your content will be restored on your account after sometime depending upon the size of the backup taken.

3. Lastly, go to settings and disable the option of dual messenger.

Moreover, for viewing images, videos etc. in MyFiles app, go to file manager->Internal storage->Android->media->com.whatsapp
And for wapp business , the file is com.whatsapp.w4b

You solution is good for Main WhatsApp only. Not helpful in DualApp WhatsApp as nothing is visible in internal storage of it.

You didn't understand.
I'm telling you to backup all your necessary data in gdrive from chat settings, disable dual messenger WhatsApp and inplace of that, install WhatsApp Business for that phone number.
