Samsung galaxy M31s is getting alot of bugs after updating

After updating its software i cannot talk properly in a call on speaker. And i recently create my dual whatsapp account. I have around 750 contacts on my main whatsapp but the dual whatsapp showing only 250 contacts

This is Samsung, never choose Samsung again. And if choosed never update software of samsung phone, it caused so many users 6k-8k.

Yes you are right. I want samsung to be honest with customers. When you spend your own hard earned money for changing motherboard due to software update, then you understand.

Ok so i want,
Samsung to first compensate all genuine users who have changed motherboard due to faulty issues, bu issuing refund.
Then, samsung will know that it costs them much after issuing buggy update. So it will never repeated in future.

After that, samsung should listen to our feedbacks (which we are sending from last one year) and provide us new features.
