I am facing a major problem in my Galaxy m30s since Android 10 update. Fast charging is not working due to that phone takes more time 10 to 12 hours for full charging. If any one has any idea related to the above problem pls notify me.

temperature is also a factor that can reduce charging time, if you are living in hot climate then it might take more than usual to charge

Charging time of 10-12 hrs can't happen because of any temparature difference Unless it's under 0°C or above 50°C 😄

I'm also having the same issue there's lots of problem in Samsung's Android 10 update. You'll need to go the service center to get the software freshly installed it's free but before that keep your data backed up.

You drain the battery to zero switch off and charge to 100% and see.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc. If it is damaged then kindly visit your nearest service center to get it replaced.

 

2. Check charging, if rating is 15W or above. Kindly try to charge the device in a non-inverter socket.

Note: Kindly open Device care from Settings > Battery > Please tap on 3 dots(more option) at the top right hand side > please select settings > enable fast cable charging.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
