Galaxy MProblem Statement: -
My SAMSUNG M30 mobile is not charging when trying to charge with the SAMSUNG charger provided with the phone when connected to power socket. But when I charge it by connecting the phone to USB port of my laptop it charges.
Detailed Description: -
1. Initially the phone wasn't charging with the default charger when connected to power socket. Then it was charging only when connected to USB port of the laptop.
2. Later it wasn't charing event when connected to USB port of the laptop.
3. Now only with SAFE MODE ON, the mobile charges ONLY when connected to USB port of the laptop.
4. It doesn't charge with the default charger when connected to a power socket.
Solution Tried: -
1. Power ON the device on SAFE MODE. Result: - do not charge when connected to a power socket, charge when connected to USB port of the laptop.
2. Power Off and try to charge the mobile. Result: - do not charge when connected to a power socket, charge when connected to USB port of the laptop.
Could You please help to solve the problem ASAP?

Galaxy MI've already tried using another SAMSUNG charger and that is NOT charging it. And my charger charges other SAMSUNG mobile. So, the problem is NOT with the charger.

Galaxy MCan I try anything else at home before going to the service center? Can anyone help here?
I found out another thing, it's charging at safe mode with the charger connected to a power socket when I'm using a charger of lower power.
Basically, It's charging only at Safe Mode with a lower capacity/voltage/power charger.
