Go to the settings, then the battery options, and see fast charging is turned off or on.
If it is on, then check your charging port.

0 to 100 % will take 1hr.30 min in fast charging with 25w adapter if its turn off its take 3 hr 20 min

Please recharge your's device in cool atmosphere also during charging turn off internet also reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also go to battery settings and click on superfast charging too, then try to it's again.
