Charging issue

I have to restart my Samsung M31 to connect charger and then phone get charging. Anyone pls help.

since 3 days I'm facing this issue suddenly

So to connect charger you have to restart right?
1s check with other m31 users if many are facing this it may be update issue wait for fix.
If your specific device has this.
1. Use you mobile in safe mode for atleast 20min. It may fix isuues in system.
2. If still? Backup your device and reset.
3. If you don't want to lose data then I suggest 1 last step. Reinstall os using odin by selecting home_csc so that you data will be intact. Do this only if you have knowledge on flashing.
4. Visit service center if possible they will give you correct solution whether its hardware or software. Generally they say hardware 🤣🤣

yes I have to restart to connect the charger. will try as suggested.. but I guess iam facing this issue after last updates.

Yes I understand. Add m31 in title and tags. So that m31 users can reply if they see.

m30 have same issue here... this is happening due to new security patch updates

and in this Issue you can't connect your device with wire.... you have to connect with wireless ftp server
