     Does charging your device overnight decrease battery performance?

yes... Try to charge your device just once in a day (untill it reaches to 92%) & unplug it. Once it reaches 15% or below then you might again charge it upto 92%

Yes but try to turn off fast charging at night so less stress on device and battery.

put phone to medium power saving mode battery is not draining vastly my phone

it automatically activates medium power saving mode.
