Charger is not working

I have purchased m31s in aug but now my phones charger cannot charging to my phone. I m continuously getting notification that USB connected,Disconnected even I m not connect charger to phone and another issue is USB type not supported.

1. clean your usb port area
2. Go to settings >apps>click on 3dot at right top corner>click on show system app >search "usb settings >click on it>storage >clear cache and data.
Restart your device and then try.
3. if all above not worked then visit service centre

I have tried everything that you mentioned even I did factory reset but still it is not working.

i had the same issue i went to their store they said it was a hardware issue and changed the deffective part .

Why you think they will charge ??
If phone and accessories are in warranty then you as customer should expect and demand free service.

visit ur nearest service center. there may be some software issue in ur Phone. they will fix it.
