facing problem in call reception

I am facing problem while receiving the call, i do not get a clear call, my callers face the problem of call connecting while making a call to me.

Never faced this kind of an issue while using my previous Oneplus phone. 

One of my friend has the same phone. He is also facing the similar problem with the different service provider.

This maybe due to poor network strength reception by the phone or something to do with operating software/system which may be resolved with patching. I have another samsung phone which is working perfectly fine without any call reception or connection issue. 

Kindly, look into the matter on an urgent basis.

Which phone? Generally Galaxy M series phone has this problem reported by many in this forum

Get ur phone checked at the nearest service center. there may be some software issue in ur phone. they will fix it.
