After connecting the device click the option showing in the notification bar to Charge other device

Just connect type c cable to your device and another to other device. Charging will begin and you will get options to continue

If you only want to charge other device don't tap on any pop up options

Simple use Type C to C cable and plug one end in your phone and another one into the device you wanna charge.

I tried to charge Power Bank using your method but instead the power bank actually the phone was charging, the powerbank was not fully charged though.

It won't work on power bank or anything that have bigger battery than ur phone itself.
