Cant play dual bluetooth devices in Galaxy M31

Why cant i play 2 bluetooth speakers on my M31 inspite of updating my media and device to ver 1.0.04.8.

I can connect 2 speakers simultaneously but only single plays at a time.

But somehow i am able to onnect 2 devices same time...also in one of the blog it was mentioned that earlier it was limited to few models mentioned by tou as well..however with blutooth 5 in adroid 10 and UI 2 release this will applicable to all other galaxy models...though UI 2 for m31 is yet to release, please let me know if you have any updates...
