Wifi and Hotspot Not Turning On

My Samsung Galaxy M51's WiFi And Hotspot Not Turning On 

1.I Did Network Reset

2.Flight Mode On/Off

3.Restart Phone Several Times

But The Problem Does'nt go away.

What to do??

Are You Talking To Turn it on Wifi And Hotspot At Same Time?
If,Then You Can't Because The Hotspot Will Take The Wifi Network And Send To Another Device Without Password And That Is Illegal.So It Don't Allow.
& if You Can't Turn on Them Different Time Then Try To Reset Your Device With Backup of Important Datas Or Considing To Take It To Service Center.

I restarted my device in safe mode
And now its working also without safe mode.

How is it illegal to share WiFi?
Nowadays all android devices come with this feature. don't know what's wrong with Samsung

No brother Samsung just save money by not giving extra antenna for both to work together 😂 And
I started hating Samsung since I bought as much I love it before.

**Finally found Way to do it. It's little time taking but worth it.
