The process has changed. You need to connect a type C earphones or connect the phone to a PC/Laptop and then follow the Volume up and power button procedure.

To get into recovery mode on One UI 3,
Shut down your phone》 Connect your type C headphones 》 Press and hold Power key and Vol + until Samsung logo comes up.
After that leave the power button, keep holding Vol+ and you will get into recovery menu. (If type C headphones not available use TYPE C data cable and connect your phone to PC or Laptop and proceed)

If that helped or solved your query "Accept as solution" will be appreciated.

1. Shut down the phone

2. Plug in the AKG USB-C earphones

3. Hold volume up, bixby and power buttons together. When you see the Samsung logo you can release the power button.

Worked on Galaxy S10+ , Android 12
