Camera issue

Hello, when I open my camera it opens but nothing shown in screen. Whole screen shows black, it shows only button to take picture but it don't work. No button works only home button works. After 10 to 15 seconds camera opens. When we change front to rear or rear to front the same things happen. I have warranty. What should I do?
