Camera issue

Hello, when I open my camera it opens but nothing shown in screen. Whole screen shows black, it shows only button to take picture but it don't work. No button works only home button works. After 10 to 15 seconds camera opens. When we change front to rear or rear to front the same things happen. I have warranty. What should I do?

there is something bad with the camera, go to the service center

Have you check it in safe mode?

1. Use it in safe mode. If still
2. Install any camera app and check if its hardware issue. If it is not
3. Backup everything and reset
4. If 3rd party apps also has same issue skip 3 and go to service centre

no 3rd party apps don't have problem

1s use your mobile in safe mode for atleast 1hr or min 20min. Still it doesn't work only thing you can do is to backup and reset.

Press & hold power button.. Then press and hold power off you will see safe mode
