My samsung galaxy m36 have 50 mega pixel camera but photos looks not good

I used it but same result....i purchased new m36 on 22nov 2025

Photo seems to be ok . But after taking the shot
Use inbuit gallery editor and filled it with auto color. Hope this may help

Please clear cache and clear data of this app also reset camera settings also use the 12 MP camera then try to it's again. If you like please accept it's as a solution it's help to other users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Kindly check physical condition of your camera lens.

● Kindly clean the camera lens by microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt and dust from the camera lens.

● Reset the camera settings: Tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember the password, then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tap on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
