Bluetooth and Wifi issue on Samsung M12

Whenever I am using internet through wifi on my Samsung m12 device while connected to my ear buds through bluetooth, my internet speed drops down drastically. It is really frustrating, cant even perform simple task of opening web pages on chrome. On top of that M12 does not support 5ghz band, does anybody have any solution? I have Nokia 6.1 and real me c3 both of them works perfectly fine on 2.4ghz wifi, even when there individual bluetooth is on, it seems like samsung fu**ed up big time, such a pathetic phone, cant even compete with cheap Chinese phones , hell even nokia 6.1 performs way better than M12

Looks like there's some interference between the Bluetooth and wifi due to which you are facing lower speeds. If it is some software issue, then it should get fixed in the next update. If not then unfortunately its a design flaw.

And according to a post in samsung community forum, the m12 doesn't have 5ghz support.

* Forget the Network: Go to apps screen >Settings >Connections > Wi-Fi >Wi-Fi network >Tap and hold the Wi-Fi network that you're having trouble with until the menu allows you to select Forget Network.

* Reset Network Settings: Go to apps screen >Settings >General Management >Reset >Reset Network Setting.

This standard answer you are giving to all the people having M12 phone and wifi speed issue when Bluetooth is connected. Plz fix the issue immediately band provide software updates instead. Worst phone !
