Device overheating issue

My Samsung Galaxy M21 frequently displays an overheating notification, causing apps to close abruptly. This issue persists for a few minutes before resolving itself, only to repeat later. Hope someone helps me with solution!!

Brother use power saving mode always as it reduces cpu load by 30%

generally, I use my device in power saving mode since this issue started happening I am changing the settings to figure out the solution.
