I switched from using S/note series to M51 series due to the bigger battery, Head phone jack, awesome pricing, and in general, the flagship level hardware, on paper at least.
However, after using it for almos a year. I realized how bad Samsung is.
*Giving us the one UI core version thats severely limited.
*Late updates if any.
*Intentionally not allowing the usage of apps that the hardware can absolutely support. For example: Samsung pay, secure folder, sound assistant, and link to windows (app usage) to name a few apps.
*Allowing features in specific regions only. Like secure folder being available in India baught devices only.
Considering how the prices of Samsung devices are so close to apple, maybe its time to switch now. At least they are constant with updates, more transparent and fair.
This makes me regret pre-ordering that S8 tab and staying with Samsung for so long.
