Galaxy MMy new Samsung galaxy M31S mobile (4 months old) had bent slightly when I placed it in my jeans pant pocket and if it went for service they were not responding or showing of any interest on my issue so respond properly to every customer and prove your CODE OF ETHICS, This problem was experiencing by many Samsung mobile users , so fix this problem and prove your Quality of your products and prove your product standards ,for next time buy of any type of product or to suggest any one ,I could suggest 100% NOT TO BUY any Samsung products..
A proper understanding had been there for every trade between a seller and consumer, the consumer paid proper revenue for your goods and services... You have to prove it...
