My 3yrs running m34 battery life 16hrs all over. How I expand to 1d ? 

Is that normal good battery health for my phone ? Or not? Please tell me.

Yes, this is normal and still good. Battery has degraded a bit, but not bad.
To extend it to ~1 day:
1. Use Power Saving mode.
2. Switch 120Hz → 60Hz refresh rate.
3. Keep brightness low or on auto.
4. Turn off 5G, GPS, Bluetooth when not needed.
5. Put apps to Deep Sleep.
6. Avoid gaming/heavy apps.

10hrs+ of SOT for a smartphone falls under heavy usage. Anyway can you share your battery usage report?

Considering your overall usage, the battery performance appears to be within normal limits. Achieving around 10 hours of screen-on time is still quite respectable for daily usage, especially when taking into account that the device is approximately three years old.

If I want to play efootball 2026 in my phone with low fps and graphics, is it safe for my phone? And secondly, battery replacement need for my m34 at samsung store ? How much that ? Please tell.

Yes, it is safe on your phone to play efootball 2026.

Low graphics + low FPS makes no damage.
Just make sure your phone doesn’t overheat and don’t play while charging since it may cause slightly faster battery wear over time, but nothing harmful.
