My warranty date dispute

Hi, I purchased my m01 core on online and got it on 8.11.2021.

On using it, I came across poor performance of battery problem.

the samsung members is not working, as it is incompatible app, though default app.

I contacted the support and they checked through the remote and found that battery issue thro diagnostic in my mobile and was asked to report to a nearest service centre.

the service centre re flashed the OS and asked me to check again and report if there is any issue.

they checked my imei and told me that I have purchased the phone on 3/2021 and not on 11/2021.

I was shocked and produced the invoice, contacted amazon and they said that there is no wrong in their invoice or packed box, by checking the imei outside the box and using about phone tab in my phone.

My warranty so, ends in 15.3.2022 instead of 7/11/2022. How could this be possible.

Amazon says it is fulfilled by amazon and there is no chance of anybody using it before my first use. I could not have used this phone in 3/2021.

amazon said it wanted a denial of service request from samsung to either replace or refund the device, which samsung would not give.

as flashing of OS , does not involve job sheet, the service centre, the samsung team wants a job sheet to proceed further.

Why samsung is giving this kind of headaches to its users.

I want my replacement or full warranty for the product so that i could get replacement and services of parts

expecting replies

Amazon asked for denial og service  from dam service center. 

Samsung said that it couldn't issue dos to its cusomer without job sheet

Yes.thet checked in and outside imei and say hat it is fulfilled product by amazon and there is no chance of tampering. 

They ask for a kknd of atatus report about mentioning the dispute so that they could get me refund.

Samsung raise technical issues of sim activation on 15.3.2021.

Couldn't samsung realize that user is affected 

Amazon says that the issue is with samsung and so they just expect samsung to act and samsung unjustly ask for job sheet from service center

Why do the samsung people ask for jobsheet. Factwise, is it not enough, if they consider the fact and report me that there is no issue on their part.

How could I have used a sim in a phone, in 15.3.2021, when the phone is not in my possession at all.

I did not see any kind of tampering when I receive the box content from amazon.in

Would not any samsung moderator see and give me a fix.

I am in a fix and I want a fix.

Today I wrote to the ceo, expecting something good happen.

If i get a kind of service, then amazon would not accept it for any kind of replacement or refund is it not?
