Why does sometimes my phone battery drain very fast even when not using?

Sometimes this happens that when I keep my phone, it has 28% battery left, then when I check it after 2-3 minutes, it's battery came to 26%.

I keep Bluetooth, mobile data OFF. I don't have background apps.

Enabled deep sleep for all apps

Problem is in ONE UI 3.

Why?

Battery health reduction after 18 Months of use ! If 18 or more of use then Slight reduction but if 4000-5000mAh Battery 🔋 last 1 day or more it's ok If less than 1 day its still a but ok but less than 20 hours is time to think

But the problem happens sometimes

Sometimes my battery drain really slowly

And sometimes like a ghost😅😅

Problem only happen when screen OFF

Maybe one ui 3 problem
Before it wasn't there.

Humm, One UI 3 bug 🐛! It has lot more 🤔

You should switch off nearby device scanning for battery improvement alongwith wifi, data and location when these are not in use.

I already told that I keep them OFF

You keep all apps to Deep sleep, and bluetooth, mobile data, wifi, NFC, etc are off. Yet you see battery reduction after only 2-3 minutes ?
Then my guess is maybe the battery has gone old. Are you 1+ year old device ?

Otherwise I don't think there should be any issue. 🙄

I have two devices running on OneUi 3.1 and I don't face this issue... 😌

And this problem only happen SOMETIMES
Very less times
