Battery Drain Issue on Samsung M35

Hey Samsung Members,

I’ve been facing a noticeable battery drain issue on my Samsung M35 recently. Even with very simple usage like browsing, calling, and light messaging, the battery backup is only lasting about 5 to 6 hours, which is far less than expected. I’ve already tried common fixes like reducing brightness, turning off background apps, and disabling unnecessary features, but nothing seems to improve the situation.

Has anyone else encountered this issue with their M35? Could this be related to a recent software update, or might it be a hardware problem? I’d really appreciate any suggestions or solutions from the community. Thanks in advance for your help!

Browsing eats the battery based on websites..

+ Turn on the battery saver mode for a 48 hours.

And check it improves time?

There is various step in solution as stated which you can try to fix

1. go to settings > apps > one ui home > battery > select the optimized option

[samnull]

2. Charging with another charger (not samsung official charger) can damage the battery's life quickly, so only use samsung official charger

3. If you have already followed the above steps you can try to turn-off fast charging option

This will solve your problems within two to three days

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon.
