Guys please don't buy samsung galaxy m31 . It has an issue of restarting automatically. I bought this phone in 2020 , after Android 11 and 12 update this phone is hanging alot and this is damaging the motherboard. And there is no such news or update to fix this problem . Samsung is not looking for the problems in low budget phones they only look after for their expensive phones , they will bring new features but they are not fixing old problems. Not only me many people are facing this problem .
1 - This phone restart automatically around 20 plus times a day .
2 - Sometimes it get stuck on the samsung logo for 1 to 2 hours.
3- Sometime it hangs while listening music or playing videos .
Please help , and let me know the solution of this problem because i don't have the budget of buying another phone . As a student i have online lectures to attend but due to this issue i am unable to attend some of them .

Same mere saath huaa tha Galaxy M30s tha....restart ho raha tha kuch din baad band ho gaya achanak se on hi nahi huaa fir pata chala motherboard kharab tha....wo phone finally lost ho gaya....then i purchased a new phone Galaxy M31 after 4-5 months kuch aaisa huaa freez hone laga then after few seconds automatically restart....mujhe laga main chrome se 3rd party applications kuch jyada hi use karta tha uske wajah se shayad ho raha tha...to maine phone reset kar diya....fir normally use karta hoon storage 40-50 Gb Tak hi rakhta hoon...3rd party applications kuch hi use karta hoon...i suggest u reset your if your phone still restarting after reset then understand your motherboard is......
