Automatic restarting

Since I have purchased M31 Facing issue with automatic  restarting  and hold on logo or screen freezes 

While visiting services center they are telling to change motherboard again and again 

Which cost more than half price of device

How many times a user could afford it 

Why Samsung not providing any solutions for their users who are facing this problem without fault 

Not only me Other people with M series or A service are also facing issue

I have face same problem. My phone restart again and again after 6 to 7 restart my phone stop restarting after 3 to 4 hour this process repeated.. I try to clear catch, factory reset but this problem not solved. I go to service center they told me to change motherboard it's cost 8000 to 9000. This problem start just 2 months after warranty.
