Hii, i am from Nepal,
I have faced automatically switch off my Samsung galaxy m31 device.. i was did factory reset a device but can not get solution plzz help me

Buddy, no need to reset. Just switch Off ur mobile, charge to 100%, switch on & c if ur problem solved.

If not, it may b a problem with battery. Go to Samsung service centre.

yahh!! its work... i was just switch off my mobile, charge to 100%, switch on and yes! Problem is solved now... thank you so much friend for your kind information.....

May be motherboard problem.
It's pandemic like for M series phones having Exynos Samsung processor.

Do you have upgraded your phone to Android 12, One UI Core 4.0 ? Because many users are facing this type of problem in their smartphones after upgrading it to Android 12, One UI Core 4.0 because it has some bugs.

This problem may also happen if the battery is SWELLING.

The better way will be that you go to a Samsung Authorised Service Centre and get your phone checked...
