My M30s keeps restarting on its own. On visiting the service center, I was told that the motherboard has to be replaced. I have since found that most M and A series devices have encountered the same problem and have all been advised to get the motherboard replaced by the service center( which costs nearly 50% the phones original price)
Firstly, I would like to express my disappointment in the poor quality of phones manufactured and sold by such an established company. When the problem is so wide spread, Samsung must ensure that these devices are replaced or repaired free of cost. It is unfair of you to make money out of your own manufacturing defects. The matter of warranty is irrelevant in such a case.
just after completing the warranty the phone is getting automatically freeze and restart. This is only happening due to software update (November 2020 security patch).
Samsung need to provide solution to this issue by either providing update or else repairing the phones free of cost.
whenever we visit service centre we can hear hear only one solutions I.e. to change motherboard which costs upto 8k-10k ....almost 60% of the phone cost
