My Samsung galaxy M21 auto restart problem from 7 days. My warranty was expired and service centre ask for money.
Is there any other solution

Follow the above steps in the post, if they deny, then ask for discount and be adamant that the update has damaged your phone, tell them you will file complaints in consumer forum

Samsung customer care call me and ask to submit phone at service center and if it is possible then they will do at free of cost otherwise asking for money

If they say that its your fault, then argue and threaten them that you will defame the brand on social media and file complaint as it is a widespread issue and community posts are a proof
Be adamant and if they say free not possible then ask for discount

I have contact the costumer care center but they doesn't give **bleep** about it
