Hi I'm using galaxy m31.. I purchased this mobile on 11.08.2020. Warranty period finished then  Auto restart fault in last 3 weeks . Samsung service center members tell mother board changed for this concern 8300rs.. why the concern came after warranty period finish..

This is a common issue in M series. Yes, it is because of the motherboard and because of Exynos 9611
We see atleast 5 to 6 cases of the motherboard issue in M series everyday on samsung members. It is also because of the recent update.

It is because of last buggy software update.

Change motherboard for 6k-8k and never choose Samsung again.

This issue have been reported here a number of times by others too.

Samsung just doesn't want to resolve or look into this. Its clearly their mistake which occurs right after an update (and will not able to downgrade to an older version even from service centre). The only solution is to replace the motherboard according samsung.

Never choose samsung again.
