April update has crashed my M31 device. Can't do anything with this now. No reboot or factory reset or hard reset etc. Update Fails at 29% with an error.

stuck with the same problem, waited for 6hrs for the battery to die. Thought it'd kill the process and the phone will start as normal. Kept for charging and in some time this screen comes again. the volumedown+power button for 7sec doesn't work as others mentioned. Reboots and gets back to the same screen. How to fix this, please!

This is unacceptable!! Couldn't samsung have done 1 just 1 testing for the software!!!!

All my data is on that phone and in this lockdown period I can't even go anywhere!

They have bricked my phone dead! Unacceptable!

They have done it to many phones,Don't know why they're rolling half-baked updates.

Try following link. It worked for me.

Just Charge your phone for 30 min (if it is fully discharged).

Download ODIN software.

Install/Run it on your PC.

Download latest firmware.

Unzip the file. No need to put in specific folder.

Connect Phone via USB/Type-C cable to PC.

Follow instruction mentioned in 3rd Method.
