App crash solution.

Hello members I am M31 user and after Android 11 beta update I am facing some app crash issue. So i was thinking of factory reset but will it be helpful?

probably incompatibility. It's a very new OS so many apps are yet to be updated

I factory reset my M31 but app crash continues

beta update problems recovery mode not work ( power button and vol up )

Try updating the apps from "galaxy store" and play store and you are good to go for Android 11. Samsung notes wasn't opening with the Android 11. I just updated it from the galaxy store and now it works fine. So just see. Hope I helped 🤗

how do I update Google play store from galaxy store

You can't do it from galaxy store but you can do it from play store itself. Open play store go to settings and play store version click it and rest is history it will start updating to the latest version. Or In settings about phone < Software information
