Samsung keyboard crashing after oneui 6

Everytime i use keybord in thirdparty app like whatsapp or insta there is a popup saying Samsung keyboard not working. It disappear after 4 to 5 sec but it happens everytime i use these apps.

Anhone else having this problem? Any solution for this?

I tried clearing data for whatsapp and insta i even uninstalled it but when i installed back again there was same pop up saying Samsung keyboard not working...

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

Note: To delete files or uninstall apps that you do not use anymore, select a category under USER DATA. Then, tick items to select and tap DELETE or UNINSTALL.

The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.

Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.

Samsung keyboard app keeps crashing after one ui 6 update. Even in safe mode it's the same problem. I have tried each and every possible solution except resetting the device.

I have done factory reset but it does not solve the problem

• Hey,While I am using secure folder,I am regularly noticing the pop up saying "Samsung keyboard keeps stopping" frequently.I have tried every possible way.Nothing is working.Uniinstalling the secure folder is the option.but that will block the main feature for which I am using Samsung device.This problem is showing on my M34 device after one ui 6 update.

Hi , this bug is already stated after 6.0 version for galaxy S21 Fe users as we started noticing bugs and shared it down . Later during the January bugs. So you are on the right path. Accept thisas solution as this will definitely a good solution as we are pointing out the bugs to samsung software developers. They will definitely help you
