You alread have agreed to the ipdate policy of Samsung while setting up your phone, so you do not legally have the right to pressurize them. They give 2 major updates to midrange devices and your device has already received 2 major updates, Android 9 and 10. You will NOT be getting Android 11.

if A series model also didn't receive I will also will not buy but they may take some time to give android 11 and you are trying to get Android 11 because you may get inbuilt video
