M20 is not listed in eligible models for android 11. It should also get android 11 update as M20 was released on android 8 when android 9 was already there. Other company models were releasing on android 9.
I request you all to write a feedback about this to Samsung.lets see if this helps in getting android 11.
Yes.that was my mistake and Samsung fooled us providing only one major update. Well i am going to buy new phone soon and this time not a Samsung device.
