After the Android 10 and One UI 2 update the phone i am using (M30)started to crash frequently in apps and freeze 3 to 4 time a day in use for no reason and the BOTTOM PART OF THE SCREEN HAS NO TOUCH RESPONSES IN THE  NAVIGATION BUTTON REGIONS WHEN USING WITH THE GESTURE MODE AND ITS SO ANNOYING THAT YOU CANT SELECT THE BOTTOM TABS IN INSTAGRAM,YOUTUBE,TWITTER OR ANY APPS.THEY SHOULD FIX THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...

Hi there,

 

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

1. Perform ‘Reset app preference’(Scroll down notification panel> Setting> Apps> Tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner)> Reset app )
2. Check the internal storage of the device and clean it (Setting> Device Care>Storage> clean now)

3. Perform reset setting (Setting> General Management> Reset>Reset setting)

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
