Since a few days, my Samsung Galaxy M31s (2020 edition) has been restarting itself incompletely. After connecting with Samsung support, I had done a check on safe mode after freeing space by uninstalling unnecessary apps and moving content to memory card, yet the problem seems to be unsolved. I have my work profile installed as well in this phone. Should I consider replacing this phone or wait for a solution for it?

This is a manufacturing defect of exynos 9611 soc and a quality control fault of Samsung
They had provided free repair to many users but now it has become widespread

Follow the above steps in the post, if they deny, then ask for discount and be adamant that the update has damaged your phone, tell them you will file complaints in consumer forum
