Yes, it's because of an infamous issue: AUTOMATIC RANDOM FREEZE AND RESTART & BOOTLOOP

Cause: System Update -> Damaged eMMC in Motherboard

Tried Safe Mode, Tried Wipe Cache Partition, Tried Factory Reset, Tried Re-Flash in Service Center, Tried Android Downgrade, Tried Almost Everything. Still Not Solved.

Only Solution (So Far): Motherboard Replacement / eMMC Repair

Good Job, Thanks Samsung! 👍

Now thousands of people won't buy your defective phones again, forever!

So,

DON'T LET MORE PEOPLE BECOME VICTIMS OF THE ISSUE!

How? Just Recall. It's that simple. Why? People will gain trust if Samsung recalls all defective devices, especially Samsung Galaxy M30s.

As far as I understand the problem seems like a SoC connection issues. Only reballing of the chip can solve this. But only a skilled micro-soldering technician can do this.

Also report it to Mr. Sangho Jo, CEO of Samsung Southeast Asia and Oceania, because Samsung Galaxy M30s automatic restart issues also happens there.

I got my motherboard changed free of cost from samsung.. mark an email to ceo and this option is available on samsung website only..
Mark an good email with all details and provide them the link that many users are facing this issue. They will surely repair it free of cost. My phone was out of warranty only

They are not doing the same now. because they know that this is a nationwide problem and they will have to change 1000s of motherboard

My M31 too (1.5 years of use) restart and freeze on logo, I brought too service center, and they said hardware is corrupt  and should change 😪
Previously I bought samsung because quality and after sales is good, but now I think twice to buy samsung product 😪
