AIRTEL Volte , WI-FI calling are not working and showing in my M31s mobile

Big blow for me. AIRTEL volte , wifi calling is not working eventhough i enabled it in my M31s mobile. I verified it with redmi mobile it is working. Please help. I have done almost all R&D. All are enbaled in settings. I Called cust care they told your device is not supporting Airtel volte and wifi calling. This is really horrible.

i request to all m series user raise ur voice for carrier aggregation LTE+, recently i just compair a50s with m30s network speed with airtel both phone having same 9611 chipset but a50s internet download speed 40% more than m30s just because CA lte+ Added

I think in new update they added the WiFi calling feature that works fine with Airtel . I found this, one bro posted the message from Airtel that said that after update your device will support WiFi calling feature. that is also m series mobile only

M31s vs Airtel Another problem I found with airtel network my mobile data turns off when i make calls eventhough I enable "use mobile data during call" . I don't know what is happening

are you calling in Airtel SIM or in other sim

if your turn on the internet in airtel and call in other sim means the internet will be stopped ,thats is common in all networks

mobile data during works when you call from one sim and you have data in other sim too
then during call your data will enable in other sim
