5g not working m13 5g

I purchased 5G mobile but Jio True 5G is not working in Samsung Galaxy m13 5G.

 Please fix this issue

I have purchased Samsung M13 5G I have jio 5G plan .. it was working initially, but after some days 5 G is not working

Today an update is released officially by samsung  security patch update which bring my 5g tower back I was also facing the same issue regarding 5g and after the update 5g tower is back in device. Hope this information will help you.
